There are a number of different CMS systems in common use around the Internet. In terms of general use applications, Drupal and Joomla! are two of the most popular, if not the most popular. Wordpress is a state of the art Blogging platform, that can also be modified for use as a traditional website.

At MAB Web Intelligence, Drupal is our preferred system, although we do have experience with Joomla! and Wordpress. Drupal is a very flexible and extensible system allowing almost infinite customization of both visual styles and functionality. This website is built on the Drupal platform, and as you can see, it offers both a traditional website section, and a dynamic blog system. Drupal can be the base platform for a Web application, an E-commerce website, or a web-based community, in addition to working as a Website.

Easy to Use

The major advantage of using a CMS for a website, and a small business website in particular, is that anybody can change the content at any time, and it doesn't need to be done by somebody that knows HTML or a programming language. The text is added or changed in an editor that is similar to the familiar Word Processors, in a system that can be learned in an hour or two - and of course, when we develop your website, we will spend that hour or two teaching you how to use it, and are always available to assist our customers with any problems or questions they have.
